Refund Policy

A clear, fair approach to refunds.

No fine print, no surprises. Below is exactly when refunds apply, when they don't, and how to request one.

Last updated: April 2026

First, two different fees

When you pay through us, your payment may include two parts. Our refund policy applies only to the first.

Part A · Eligible

Our Service Fee

Charged by US Entry Form for the assistance we provide. Refunds for this fee may be considered, depending on circumstances detailed below.

Part B · Not Refundable by Us

Government Filing Fee

Set and collected by the government authority. We do not control these fees. Questions about them must go to the appropriate agency.

When refunds apply — and when they don't

May Be Eligible

  • Technical errors on our part that prevented your application from being processed
  • Duplicate charges for the same application
  • Service issues determined to be within our control

Generally Not Eligible

  • Applications already sent for processing (regardless of outcome)
  • Change of mind after sending an application
  • Denial of ESTA authorization by the government authority
  • Inaccurate information provided in the application
